Bronze Gates

19th century outstanding and highly unusual rare pair of hand formed solid iron gates with a banded quatrefoil design on the interior, hand formed and hand painted flowers in all four corners of each gate as well as smaller floral accents on the body of the gates, scroll detailing with mushroom cap tops, swing arm lock, exquisitely constructed, all in exceptional original and untouched surface and remarkable condition, removed from an estate in Great Barrington MA. The gates are fully functional or can be displayed as wall art, custom wall brackets included. Each gate is 45.5" high x 27.5" wide x 2.75" deep; together gates are 55" wide. Item 833.23
