Circa 1900 cast iron owl shooting gallery target in red painted surface with a centered white ringed bullseye, all in as found surface and excellent condition, more than likely made by Evans or Hoffman, Chicago, contemporary table mount. 10.75" high x 5.25" wide x 1.25" deep; on the stand 12" high.
