Late 19th century exceptional collector level wood double sided gameboard in diminutive size used as a carry board with one side of backgammon showing a green and black playing field on a maroon ground with two center facing gilt arrows with the opposite side of 8 square checkers with black and red squares divided by gilt sectioned lines, surrounded by an applied wood frame in black, surrounded on both sides with four small porcelain style beads to prevent damage to the playing surface with the paper label of ownership intact, all in the best and original age cracked painted surface, original condition with minor expected wear, custom wall bracket included. 12" wide x 12.25" high x 1.5" deep.
